What you'll do
- Own the customer data ingestion platform and build production data pipelines and synchronization systems.
- Design data infrastructure, including ingestion and querying for customer, lead, account, and enrichment data.
- Improve reliability, observability, performance, and scalability, and partner with product and engineering teams to enable AI capabilities.
