Privacy at Drimva
What is stored, who can see it, and what passes to your agent.
Google sign-in
Drimva stores your Google account identifier, name, and email to identify your account. It stores session records and hashes of agent tokens so you and your connected agents can sign in. Agent tokens are shown only when created. When you connect an app with sign-in, such as an AI assistant's connector, Drimva stores that app's registration (its name and return address), the access you allowed, and hashes of the tokens it receives.
Your job search
Saved jobs, application statuses and notes, and shortlists are stored on Drimva's server. Other users cannot access them. Agents you connect with a token can read and update your account's search data. Apps you connect with sign-in can read it, and can update it only if you allowed that. You can revoke tokens and disconnect apps on the Account page.
Question pages, answers, and uploads
Question pages require an invitation code from Drimva's owner. Questions, resume text your agent shows for review, answers, and uploaded files are held in server memory for up to 24 hours after the page is created. They are deleted when your agent collects the answers, and a service restart also clears them.
Answers and files pass through this server to your connected agent. They are not saved to Drimva's database or file storage. Your agent may save what it receives in a local or provider-hosted workspace; its own service's data practices also apply.
Optional saved resumes and job matching
When this invited feature is enabled, My search offers a separate, explicit choice to save and process your resume. Drimva stores the original file, extracted text, factual profile, processing status and matching results in your private account on its cloud server. PDF, DOCX and TXT uploads are limited to 10 MiB. One-time question uploads are never automatically copied into this saved profile.
Processing runs on the operator's home PC when it is available, and on a Drimva cloud worker otherwise. Either way, the resume text and selected public job information are sent to OpenAI Codex through the operator's ChatGPT Pro account, which is set not to share content for model training. The home PC is the operator's equipment, not your own computer. Processors use temporary working copies and an in-memory profile cache, and the connection to Codex keeps no request contents in its logs. OpenAI's applicable service terms and data policies also apply: OpenAI may still store requests under those policies, and Drimva does not promise zero retention by that provider.
A replacement becomes current only after successful preparation. You can cancel processing, or delete current and pending resumes in My search. Deletion removes their online originals, extracted profiles and matching results and prevents unfinished tasks from saving results. Jobs previously copied into shortlists and application progress remain separate; remove those separately if needed.
Saved resume processing is enabled only after encrypted backups with a maximum seven-day retention period and deletion-aware recovery have been verified. Deleted data may remain in those restricted backups until they expire. Recovery applies recorded deletions before restored data becomes available. Failed and superseded task records are pruned after seven days. Failed or cancelled uploads that never became current, including their originals and associated data, are removed during routine cleanup after seven days without another processing attempt; these deletions are also recorded for recovery. Your current ready resume, its profile and its latest successful match remain until replaced or deleted.
Keep application materials with your agent
You can keep your resume and application materials in your chosen agent workspace without opting into saved resume processing. A local workspace is on your computer; a cloud agent's workspace is hosted by its provider. Avoid putting personal details into shortlist reasons or saved-job notes because those are stored. With browser tools, your agent can fill forms in a local, built-in or cloud browser. You can review and submit them on the employer's site, or authorize your agent to submit the selected batch. The agent keeps submission choices and detailed attempts in its workspace; a connected agent records confirmed applications in your Drimva tracker.
Feedback and contact messages
When you send a feedback or contact form, Drimva saves your message, its category, the time it was sent, and your reply email if provided. These are visible only to the site administrator, who may use them to respond and improve the service. Sending a message does not require an account, and it is not linked to your signed-in identity. Messages remain until removed by the operator; use Contact to request deletion. Do not submit resumes, passwords, or sensitive personal information through this form. Temporary abuse-prevention counters use a salted digest of a network address, are held only in server memory.
Browser storage
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Drimva does not save agent tokens or invitation codes in browser storage.
Product analytics
Drimva uses a first-party attribution cookie that expires after 30 days to remember which tagged link first brought a browser here. When you create an account, that source is associated with the account so we can understand whether people successfully connect an agent and use their job lists.
Our server records basic milestones such as page visits, registration, successful agent connections, shortlist creation and opening, and saved jobs or recorded applications. It distinguishes browser actions from agent actions. These analytics contain internal identifiers, times, fixed page labels and campaign tags, not resumes, answers, notes, credentials, full URLs, IP addresses or browser fingerprints. They are stored by Drimva and shown as aggregate reports to its administrator; no third-party analytics script receives them. Blocking the analytics endpoint or cookie does not prevent browsing or using your account, though account-side milestones can still be recorded.
