Learning Design and Enablement Manager

What you'll do

• Design applied learning solutions grounded in business scenarios and workflows; partner with stakeholders to integrate them into existing programs and practices.
• Lead development of leadership programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, and facilitate selected sessions.
• Create reusable learning frameworks and evaluation methods; use feedback and results to improve and maintain learning materials.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in business workflows and focused on behavior change.
• Experience creating reusable learning frameworks and embedding measurement and evaluation tied to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as ADDIE, Design Thinking, or backward design; strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Pay

$119,000 USD to $173,000 USD annual base salary; $106,000 CAD to $154,000 CAD annual base salary
