Sets the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for 1Password’s infrastructure platforms, while providing hands-on technical leadership and improving reliability, security, cost, and operational effectiveness across teams.
What you'll do
- Define infrastructure strategy, architecture, standards, and guardrails across compute, networking and edge, and stateful services.
- Lead organization-wide reliability, incident response, disaster recovery, cloud cost, capacity, and efficiency improvements.
- Mentor senior engineers, align stakeholders on technical tradeoffs, and drive automation and AI-assisted operations.

Pay
$230,000 USD to $334,000 USD annual base salary; $202,000 CAD to $293,000 CAD annual base salary
