Senior Technical Account Manager

What you'll do

• Lead technical implementations, integrations, configurations, and security reviews; advise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify risks, support expansion, and improve customer value and retention.
• Represent customer feedback internally, create scalable resources and processes, and mentor peers.

What they ask for

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or security-focused B2B environment.
• Experience leading technical onboarding and implementation with technical and business stakeholders, and driving adoption, expansion, or renewal.
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and identity protocols such as SSO-SAML/OIDC and SCIM.
• Advanced experience with SaaS products, cloud-based infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and command-line interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience in or adjacent to DevOps, and with scripting/automation or software development.
• Familiarity with 1Password or other password managers, SaaS lifecycle management, MDM, or device posture tools.

Pay

$124,000 USD and $180,000 USD annual base salary (USA-based roles); $113,000 CAD and $164,000 CAD annual base salary (Canada-based roles)
