About the job
Supports production-floor manufacturing of humanoid robots by setting up and improving assembly processes, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring builds meet quality and output targets.
What you'll do
- Stand up and sustain mechanical assembly, machining, and wire harness processes; improve scrap, rework, yield, and throughput.
- Troubleshoot production failures, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Validate engineering changes through inspections and pilot builds, and maintain production fixtures and test equipment.

- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, or wire harness production.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical production issues.
- Ability to interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation.
- Working knowledge of crimping, connector assembly, harness routing, or precision mechanical assembly; inspection or production testing experience is also requested.
Nice to have
- Experience with new product introduction or production ramps; familiarity with SPC, yield tracking, or basic data analysis tools.
- Exposure to robotics, automation, automotive/aerospace harness manufacturing, ECO implementation, first article inspections, or root-cause investigations.
Pay
$35/hr – $55/hr (base pay)
