Supervises the daily assembly-floor operation for NEO humanoid robots, leading the team and ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
What you'll do
- Deliver daily and weekly build targets while tracking throughput, yield, first-pass quality, and on-time completion.
- Lead, train, and develop the production team, including accountability and cross-training.
- Reduce defects and rework and lead process improvements through root-cause problem solving and collaboration with Quality and Engineering.
