Develop and improve manufacturing quality systems and validation for humanoid robot hardware, from subassemblies and PCBA validation to end-of-line testing.
What you'll do
- Develop manufacturing quality strategies to improve reliability, production readiness, and test coverage.
- Lead PFMEA and failure analysis, and analyze production and test data to drive corrective actions.
- Partner with Test, Firmware, and Design Engineering on quality checks, DOE, and validation activities.
