Recruiter - Skilled Trades

What you'll do

• Deliver hires for manufacturing roles including assembly, electrical, test, quality, and maintenance technicians, and machinists.
• Run high-volume hiring events and build candidate pipelines through outreach, trade schools, apprenticeships, referrals, and community channels.
• Use recruiting metrics and AI-assisted pre-screening to improve hiring decisions and outcomes.

What they ask for

• Experience recruiting skilled trades or technician talent in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a comparable hands-on environment.
• Success managing multiple openings from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Experience building candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationships beyond inbound applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accurate applicant tracking, and use of recruiting data to guide priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a factory launch, production ramp, or high-volume hourly hiring program.
• Relationships with trade schools or skilled trades communities in Los Angeles or the Bay Area; or recruiting experience in precision manufacturing.

Pay

$122,000 - $150,000 USD base salary
