About the job
Develops production-ready Class-A digital surfaces for NEO’s softgoods and touch-facing parts, from design concepts through tooling release and mass production.
What you'll do
- Translate sketches, clay models, and scan data into accurate, manufacturable surfaces and maintain design intent through engineering changes.
- Ensure surfaces fit and function with adjacent parts, robot movement, sensors, cooling, and service access; account for manufacturing constraints.
- Manage geometry handoffs to engineering, tooling partners, and vendors, and establish surfacing standards and workflows.
