- Create and maintain an integrated product development and launch schedule connecting team milestones, hardware timelines, dependencies, and company goals.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, handoffs, blockers, risks, and decisions; escalate issues to protect critical milestones.
- Align teams on status, priorities, schedule changes, risks, and launch decisions.
