Serves as the end-to-end People partner for a defined organization, leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent and leadership decisions, compensation and performance cycles, and employee relations.
What you'll do
- Lead organizational design, workforce and succession planning for the client group.
- Run performance, promotion, and compensation cycles, including calibration and executive review.
- Independently lead complex employee relations matters and investigations; design People programs that improve manager effectiveness.

Pay
$170,000 - $215,000 per year (base salary); $175K – $220K (base salary)
