Lead critical recruiting initiatives and talent strategy to scale 1X’s manufacturing organization from development into production.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, automation, test, software, hardware, and production-related technical roles; build talent pipelines.
- Partner with executive leaders on hiring strategy, talent priorities, and workforce planning.
- Improve recruiting processes and standards, and mentor and coach Talent team members.
