Own the camera system for 1X’s NEO robot, from hardware selection and image capture through calibration, production deployment, and fleet monitoring.
What you'll do
- Select camera sensors, lenses, and modules; manage trade studies, vendor engagement, and hardware bring-up.
- Build and tune production camera pipelines, including sensor drivers, synchronization, timestamping, and image quality for perception models.
- Develop production-line calibration, automated validation, fleet drift monitoring, and field recovery processes.
