Engineering Lead - Agents

What you'll do

• Own agent architecture and tradeoffs across orchestration, context, retrieval, tools, memory, and execution environments.
• Plan and deliver agent capabilities with product management while writing and reviewing production code and mentoring engineers.
• Improve production performance and safety through observability, evaluation, recovery, and collaboration on deployment controls.

• Deep practical expertise in LLM-based agent systems, including orchestration, context engineering, tool integration, memory, model selection, and evaluation.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build, debug, and operate complex production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building coding agents or browser/computer-use agents for complex tasks across tools and environments.
• Enterprise agent deployment experience, familiarity with post-training and reinforcement learning.

$150,000 - $1M annual salary (base salary)
