Manages construction and project execution for Aalo-X and related reactor deployments, coordinating teams and stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, safety, regulatory, and technical milestones.
What you'll do
- Lead construction execution, including contractor bids and site activity, and maintain safety and quality compliance.
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, change control, and contractor performance; track progress and resolve roadblocks.
- Coordinate internal teams and engage DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners on project milestones.

- 8+ years of construction project management experience in nuclear, energy, industrial, or advanced civil construction.
- Experience working directly for an owner or as an owner’s representative, managing design teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Experience delivering complex projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
- Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, risk, procurement, change control, and contractor performance.
Nice to have
- Experience with DOE, NRC, or other regulatory bodies.
