Leads the development, qualification, and optimization of factory manufacturing processes and production lines for modular nuclear reactors, supporting hands-on builds and scaling production.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership on manufacturing processes, producibility, tooling, and equipment; collaborate with design engineering on manufacturability and assembly.
- Lead process qualification, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement; create manufacturing instructions and readiness documentation.
- Support factory layout, capacity planning, and capital equipment decisions while promoting nuclear quality and safety.
