What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, including director, VP, and executive searches.
- Advise executives and hiring managers on hiring strategies; source and assess candidates across a broad range of functions.
- Improve recruiting operations, interview consistency, assessment tools, and employer branding; support university recruiting and hiring events.
