Leads a hands-on Product Engineering team that builds and operates customer-facing products and workflows on Aaru’s simulation platform.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and recruit Product Engineers; set clear ownership, expectations, and feedback practices.
- Set technical direction and stay hands-on with architecture, design reviews, code, and debugging.
- Partner with Product, Design, and engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap, deliver reusable capabilities, and own production quality.
Nice to have
- Experience leading an AI-native product team involving agents, model-dependent workflows, or probabilistic outputs.
