Owns end-to-end delivery of financial planning platform implementations, advising clients and coordinating internal teams and partners to achieve customer value.
What you'll do
- Scope projects with Sales, prepare SOWs and delivery plans, and manage implementation from kickoff through delivery.
- Manage scope, risks, budgets, resources, partners, and cross-functional coordination.
- Advise client stakeholders, mentor delivery team members, and improve delivery methods, including deploying AI to speed delivery and enhance customer experience.
