What you'll do
- Own GTM planning and forecasting across bookings, ARR, pipeline, capacity, headcount, expenses, retention, and other business drivers.
- Advise Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Operations on performance, resource allocation, compensation, commissions, and growth initiatives.
- Modernize Finance through AI, automation, analytics, scalable processes, and clear management reporting.
