Build systems that detect fraudulent employee identities and insider risks during the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Build identity verification and fraud detection systems and correlation engines to analyze candidate data against known fraud indicators.
- Create high-availability pipelines to ingest and analyze signals from ATS, identity providers, and external risk intelligence; ship real-time risk guardrails.
- Prototype and iterate on detection solutions, and collaborate across security, platform, and data teams on designs and SDLC activities.
