Lead engineering in Abridge’s New York office while owning and shipping a business-critical product area and growing the local team.
What you'll do
- Establish the New York office’s engineering culture, operating rhythm, and quality bar; hire and develop engineers.
- Set technical direction and own a product area from ambiguity through delivery of enterprise-grade software.
- Partner with product and design to improve execution, and bring an AI-native perspective to product development and team practices.
