Leads federal healthcare technology implementations for Abridge, coordinating deployments and expansions from planning through go-live and ongoing adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead new-site implementations, product deployments, and large-scale expansion events as the primary contact for federal counterparts.
- Own project plans and guide cross-functional teams through configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live success; manage risks and issues.
- Develop implementation strategy, drive product adoption, and improve processes and tools for the Federal program.
