Supports Abridge’s product organization by improving operating processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, advising product strategy, and enabling AI adoption and builder velocity.
What you'll do
- Redesign product processes and systems, connect customer feedback to roadmap decisions, and improve product hiring and onboarding.
- Research strategic and market questions, recommend new bets, and translate competitive and regulatory changes into roadmap and go-to-market implications.
- Measure AI adoption, host clinician and builder hackathons, and build shared product context for AI tools.
