Leads product development teams delivering Accela’s SaaS platform, coordinating engineering execution, people development, and delivery across the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing delivery; manage priorities and dependencies with Product Management.
- Coordinate staffing, capacity, schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery risks across teams and partners.
- Coach developers and promote consistent practices, delivery quality, and AI-driven development practices.
