What you'll do
- Provide T2 helpdesk support, respond to AI program inquiries, and manage escalation and user communications.
- Support model services, IAM configurations, and vendor platforms; deliver white glove application services.
- Coordinate releases of Code Cred, Code Cred Installer, and supporting applications; manage documentation and user experience.
