Supervises Azure operations on an assigned shift, coordinating schedules, queues, incidents, and escalations while providing technical support across Azure, AAD, and Office365.
What you'll do
- Manage shift schedules, coverage, handoffs, and ticket queues; monitor SLA adherence.
- Resolve or escalate incidents and complex technical issues in a 24x7 cloud environment.
- Guide technical consistency and improve SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting processes.
