Provides contract management advice and ensures contractual obligations, compliance, changes, risks, and documentation are managed for federal government engagements.
What you'll do
- Advise project teams on contract obligations, compliance, risks, revisions, and solutions; escalate unresolved matters.
- Monitor contractual terms and changes, prepare status and compliance information, and maintain contract documentation.
- Coordinate with Legal, clients, vendors, and project teams; implement contract management processes and tools.
