About the job
Supports the deployment and lifecycle of hardened Windows 11 Data Transfer Workstations used for controlled data ingress and egress.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain workstation images; image, configure, deploy, and sustain DTWs.
- Monitor system health, perform maintenance and vulnerability remediation, and manage operational escalations and troubleshooting.
- Document and improve deployment workflows, coordinate with engineering and site teams, and train customers on the DTW data transfer process.
