What you'll do
- Engage government stakeholders to identify mission needs and qualify CSO/OTA opportunities.
- Work with technical teams and external partners to shape solution concepts, prototypes, demonstrations, and executable pursuit plans.
- Guide solution materials and maintain continuity from opportunity development through award and delivery.
