Leads embedded engineering teams to design, build, deploy, and scale AI-native solutions for federal missions, integrating frontier AI into complex and secure client environments.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and delivery of production-grade AI solutions, prototypes, and applications across client environments.
- Build GenAI capabilities, including RAG, semantic search, and agentic workflows; evaluate model performance and promote responsible AI practices.
- Guide engineering teams and client delivery, iterate with operator feedback, and contribute reusable assets and deployment playbooks.
