Supports federal client training and human capital initiatives by assessing training needs, preparing and reviewing learning content, and assisting with user acceptance testing.
What you'll do
- Analyze training needs and existing materials, identify gaps, and develop structured content outlines.
- Prepare and quality-review training content and collaborate with designers, developers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Create UAT test scripts and scenarios, coordinate findings with IT teams, and support bug resolution and deployment readiness.
