Supports day-to-day operations at Microsoft Secure Operations Centers, coordinating service delivery, workforce activities, customer engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement across a 24x7x365 environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate operations across workstreams and locations, monitor service health and metrics, and support incident response and operational readiness.
- Support customer meetings, reporting, risk and issue tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Assist with workforce coordination, onboarding, training, documentation, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
