What you'll do
- Support Microsoft 365 services and handle user tickets and incidents; design and develop solutions as use cases and capabilities emerge.
- Plan tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders across security, identity, and engineering.
- Help streamline deployment workflows and improve processes and best practices.
