Supports deployment and expansion of a customer’s Task Management Tool and Microsoft Power Platform, serving as the on-site contact for user support, reporting, training, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows and develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and connected Microsoft 365 apps; advise and train customers on solutions and change adoption.
- Test software builds, support installations, update training materials and SOPs, and prepare leadership presentations.
