Supports a Tier Two cloud operations team by deploying and maintaining applications and systems, resolving escalated issues, and automating operational processes.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot escalated application, virtual workspace, network, and performance issues; administer Windows systems and Kubernetes clusters.
- Deploy and maintain software on AWS services, support system updates and incident response, and automate routine operational tasks.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security and Engineering teams, track issues in Jira, and communicate status to customers.
