What you'll do
- Oversee 24x7x365 operations, service performance, readiness, incident response, and continuous improvement across assigned workstreams and locations.
- Lead workforce development, staffing, subcontractor coordination, and customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage program governance, operational metrics, risks, resource planning, and budget tracking.
