What you'll do
- Read and interpret contracts and create project setups in Costpoint, managing requests through ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on contract terms; supervise and train project setup analysts and review their work.
- Track setup-process metrics and report results to Controllership leadership.
