Leads the migration of data from Microsoft Dynamics and NetCRM into Salesforce Person Accounts, including conversion, cutover, governance, and deduplication.
What you'll do
- Own migration strategy and lead data profiling, field mapping, transformation, mock conversions, production cutover, and reconciliation.
- Design data governance, security alignment, retention, and deduplication strategies.
- Prepare migration specifications and reconciliation reports for Bank sign-off.
