- Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping specifications, transformation rules, and decision traceability.
- Validate converted employee and payroll data across conversion cycles; investigate discrepancies and reconcile datasets.
- Coordinate with payroll, legacy-system, development, integration, and testing teams to prepare data for testing and production cutover.
