Leads the team’s Agile workflow and delivery, managing ceremonies, backlog, impediments, reporting, planning, and coordination with program and client leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead daily scrums, track progress and dependencies in JIRA and Confluence, and manage impediments.
- Manage and groom the backlog; translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories; support timely delivery of deliverables.
- Educate the team on Agile practices, lead Program Increment Planning and scrum reporting, and support prototyping and user acceptance testing.
