Supports secure cloud infrastructure tenants by monitoring environments, provisioning VPCs, configuring roles, handling access requests, and escalating service requests.
What you'll do
- Fulfill Tier 1–3 tenant requests, including VPC provisioning, role configuration, and access support.
- Monitor operational environments and escalate service requests as needed.
- Contribute to complex assignments, solutions, deliverables, and performance metrics.
