Serves as the functional link between business users and ServiceNow technical teams, translating needs into platform improvements and supporting adoption.
What you'll do
- Gather business needs and identify opportunities to improve ServiceNow processes and features; coordinate priorities with developers and administrators.
- Support workflows and adoption across ServiceNow modules, including through user documentation and training.
- Gather user feedback and participate in testing and validation of platform features, enhancements, and upgrades.

Nice to have
- Prior ServiceNow developer or administrator experience, or strong technical understanding of configuration and customization; familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS.

$124,000 — $246,400 USD base salary
