Ensures the client system is reliable, performant, and scalable by monitoring its health, automating operations, and preventing and responding to incidents.
What you'll do
- Define and track reliability metrics, investigate performance issues, and conduct incident root-cause analysis.
- Build monitoring and alerting, maintain operational runbooks, and automate routine tasks.
- Plan capacity and disaster recovery, perform load and chaos testing, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with development teams.
