Creates and delivers scalable instructor-led and digital training to help users adopt technical systems, applications, and emerging technologies.
What you'll do
- Build instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs and develop eLearning and multimedia assets.
- Translate complex technical information into clear materials and partner with technical teams to ensure accuracy.
- Support user adoption, change management, and measurement of training effectiveness; mentor others.
