Develops and maintains an accurate IT service catalog, coordinating service updates and supporting catalog operations and awareness.
What you'll do
- Maintain service descriptions, SLOs, and applicable pricing; coordinate new services and updates with technical and business teams.
- Create and maintain service level agreements, operational level agreements, and user-facing documentation; coordinate catalog lifecycle updates and support management tools.
- Promote catalog awareness with the communications team and stay informed about catalog management and ITSM best practices.
