About the job
Leads the strategy, workforce, customer relationship, operational performance, and contract delivery of a multi-site service domain program.
What you'll do
- Set service-domain strategy and oversee program performance, SLAs, metrics, risks, and critical-event responses.
- Represent the customer as the primary contact and final escalation point; manage contract performance and workforce planning.
- Provide onsite leadership across locations and coordinate with the PMO, facilities, and local teams to maintain readiness.

Pay
$118,700 — $225,100 USD (base pay)
