Analyzes and redesigns business processes for ServiceNow ITSM solutions, translating stakeholder needs into requirements, documentation, and tested implementations.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements, develop business processes and user stories, and produce process flows and system documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, advise on change, and support adoption of solutions.
- Assist with quality reviews and develop and execute user test plans through the SDLC.
