Supports process modernization and quality improvement for a federal client by analyzing business processes, identifying improvements, and helping implement and communicate process changes.
What you'll do
- Map and evaluate current business processes, identify gaps, and integrate improved processes with existing ones.
- Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements; communicate changes to affected teams and stakeholders.
- Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training for process changes.
